Delivery

When will my order arrive?  UAE Within 1-2 business days , World 5-7 business days.

Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we ship to all GCC countries and rest of the world. International delivery takes 5-7 business days. Delays may occur due to customs clearance requirements, which vary by country. Customs policies differ from one country to another. You are responsible fro any applicable fees, taxes, or duties.

How can I track my order? You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges 

What is your return policyFor UAE orders, items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them (this includes faulty products). For international orders, items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them. Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Item Condition: Must be unworn, unwashed, and free of dust, hair, makeup, fragrances, or any foreign odors (including smoke). Must retain all tags, hygiene stickers (if applicable), and original packaging. Returns that fail to meet these requirements may be declined.UAE Returns: VERA MARE covers the shipping cost for the first return only. GCC Returns: VERA MARE covers return shipping, but any customs duties or related charges are the customer’s responsibility. Rest of the World:  You are responsible for return shipping, customs duties, and any additional fees.To begin a return, please email our team at veramarestore@gmail.com We will send detailed instructions to guide you through the process. Customs Delays: If your shipment is held in customs for more than 14 days and then returned to us, you will be charged for all associated return expenses. In these cases, you will receive store credit only, after deducting the return shipping, duties, and taxes. Faulty or Damaged Items: If you suspect an item is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving it. Once the returned item(s) pass our Quality Control inspection, we will send you a confirmation email regarding your refund or exchange status. 

How do I return an item? We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn items with tags attached hygienec liners in place. 

Can I exchange my swimwear? Yes, we accept exchange requests for: UAE Orders: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags and original packaging. Report any damage or faults to our customer care team within 48 hours.VERA MARE provides free collection for your first return or exchange. From your second exchange request onward, a fee of AED 20 applies. International Orders: We do not offer free exchanges for international orders. All exchanges will be treated as returns, and you must place a new order for the replacement item.

Sizing

How do I find my size? Check our size guide for detailed measurements. 

For tops: Center front of bra should lay flat against your chest; a gap indicates the cup is too big. Your band should remain parallel to the ground even when moving arms. Bar movement indicates the band may be too big. Adjust shoulder straps so they are comfortably snug. Your breast should fit entirely inside the cup with the underwire supporting. If you have a spillage on the top or the sides, or your cups lift, they may be too small.If you're in-between sizes, size up or down depending on your coverage preference.  For bottoms:  bottoms we offer designed to have cheeky coverage.  The cheeky fit bottoms sit at mid-rise and feature moderate coverage, revealing slightly more skin than the normal fit. Our cheeky adjustable bottoms (Wild Dreams Of The Sea Collection) can be worn in a cheekiest fit offering minimal coverage that reveals significantly more skin for confident bold look.

What if my swimsuit doesn't fit? We offer free exchanges for a different size within 7 for UAE orders. 

Do your pieces run true to size? Yes, our bikinis are true to size
