VERA MARE – EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY


1. Card Payments

  • Refunds & Store Credit: Items purchased at full price and paid for via online card payment are eligible for a refund or store credit (upon request) within 7 days of delivery.
  • Original Payment Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the same card used during the initial transaction.
  • Condition & Receipt: Returned items must be in original condition, unshaded, unworn with tags attached and accompanied by the purchase receipt.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • No Refunds: Direct refunds are not available for COD orders.
  • Store Credit or Exchange: You may request store credit or choose to exchange the item(s).
  • Store Credit Validity: Store credit remains valid for 6 months from the date it is issued.

3. Card Payment on Delivery

  • No Refunds: We do not offer direct refunds for orders paid by card upon delivery.
  • Store Credit or Exchange: You may opt for store credit or an exchange instead.
  • Store Credit Validity: Store credit remains valid for 6 months from the date it is issued.

4. Return Policy

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Item Condition: Must be unworn, unwashed, and free of dust, hair, makeup, fragrances, or any foreign odors (including smoke). Must retain all tags, hygiene stickers (if applicable), and original packaging. Returns that fail to meet these requirements may be declined.
  • UAE Returns: VERA MARE covers the shipping cost for the first return only.
  • GCC Returns: VERA MARE covers return shipping, but any customs duties or related charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Rest of the World:  You are responsible for return shipping, customs duties, and any additional fees.To begin a return, please email our team at veramarestore@gmail.com We will send detailed instructions to guide you through the process.
  • Customs Delays: If your shipment is held in customs for more than 14 days and then returned to us, you will be charged for all associated return expenses. In these cases, you will receive store credit only, after deducting the return shipping, duties, and taxes.
  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If you suspect an item is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving it. Once the returned item(s) pass our Quality Control inspection, we will send you a confirmation email regarding your refund or exchange status.
  • Return Deadlines: For UAE orders, items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them (this includes faulty products). For international orders, items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them.

5. Sale Items

  • No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for items purchased on sale.
  • Store Credit or Exchange: Sale items may be returned for store credit equal to their purchase value or exchanged for a different size of the same product.

6. Exchange Policy

  • UAE Orders: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags and original packaging. Report any damage or faults to our customer care team within 48 hours.VERA MARE provides free collection for your first return or exchange. From your second exchange request onward, a fee of AED 20 applies.
  • International Orders: We do not offer free exchanges for international orders. All exchanges will be treated as returns, and you must place a new order for the replacement item.

7. Processing Time

  • Returns & Exchanges: Typically processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s) at VERA MARE.
  • Approval Email: You will receive an email confirming your return or exchange within 48 hours after we review your request.
