Free Shipping Eligibility
To qualify for free shipping, your cart must include only shippable physical products. Gift Cards are considered digital products and are excluded from free shipping promotions.
Compliance with OFAC Sanctions
VERA MARE will not provide services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in accordance with UAE law.
Payment & Transactions
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
By completing your payment and placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding shipping and delivery.
Order Confirmation
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure that you provide a valid mobile number to avoid any delivery delays.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
There is an AED 10 surcharge for all COD orders.
International Orders
Typically take 5–7 business days for delivery.
Delays may occur due to customs clearance requirements, which vary by country.
Customs policies differ from one country to another. You are responsible for any applicable fees, taxes, or duties.
Pre-Order Items
If your order contains a pre-order item along with in-stock items, we will ship the in-stock items first to avoid delays.
The pre-order item will be dispatched once it becomes available and may be subject to additional customs and duty fees for international shipments.
Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed. However, they may be refunded or exchanged after you receive the pre-order item.
Delivery Timeframes & Exceptions
Estimated delivery timelines may be affected by seasonal periods (holidays, weekends, Ramadan, etc.).
VERA MARE is not responsible for lost packages if an incorrect address is provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. We cannot offer compensation for orders delivered to a wrong address supplied by the customer.
High-Value Orders
We reserve the right to accept or decline high-value orders. If your order exceeds a certain threshold, we may apply different shipping charges, which will be communicated to you before invoicing.
